The Calcasieu Parish School Board (CPSB) is going all out to build excitement and get the word out about their upcoming 2-day job fair event. As teachers and members of the administration retire it's a great opportunity for the school board to diversify and hire fresh teaching talent eager to make a difference in the community. The job fair will take place over the course of 2 days with a variety of positions, at several schools in the district available.

Some of those positions include administrators, teachers, substitutes/aides, bus drivers, paraprofessionals, and more. The CPSB job fair will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on both days at the 2 different locations: June 14 - at Washington Marion High School and June 15 - Sulphur High School. Pre-registration is not required, it's highly advised that job seekers bring a few copies of their resume and are prepared for an informal interview during the fair. Below is a list of positions available via the CPSB Facebook page.

Reps from the CPSB Personnel Department will be on hand at both job fair locations to answer questions regarding employment opportunities and to offer assistance to applicants throughout the fair. For those unable to attend the job fair, but interesting in employment opportunities, apply online now at cpsb.org.
