Fashion Designs That Never Should’ve Happened

Ever see somebody wearing something and all you could do is stare. I know we shouldn't pass judgment or talk about people. It's not cool. However, some people make the most bizarre fashion choices you have to stop and look to make sure you are seeing, what you're seeing is real.

Has WTH is this person wearing, ever crossed your mind? It did for me when seen a gentleman passing by in some "cowboy sandals." Even more baffling...is who in the world thought to create this wild, wild west, meets the Miami beach footwear. In the spirit of fun (not meanness,) I came across a few more fashion designs that should've never happened, that I just had to share. Some of these misfits came from the manufacturer, which lets you know they didn't have an Inspector 9, checking for any imperfections. Enjoy!
