Ne-Yo is known for having a mean hat and suit game and tonight he's promising to be extra fly as he hosts the 4th Annual Urban One Honors Awards ceremony on TV One. List previous hosts Ciara, Cardie B, and Jamie Foxx, look for the singer/songwriter/super-producer to slay the stage with several outfit changes throughout the night. I'm hoping he performs as well, his new single Stay Down is fire. We will just have to wait and see. However, there is no doubt that it's going to be a special celebration of music and culture with this year's event falling on MLK Day.

Look for Ne-Yo to pay tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and this year's honorees like R&B songstress/actress Jennifer Hudson, rapper/producer Timberland, Gospel superstar Tasha Cobbs Leonard who is also scheduled to perform, and songwriter/super producing duos Gamble & Huff, and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis. It will truly be a magical night in music as the artist line-up will feature Tank, Johnny Gill, Ralph Tresvant, Kelly Price, and DJ D-Nice.

Don't miss the show tonight, check your local listings for more info. Happy MLK Day everyone!

LOOK: Here are the biggest HBCUs in America

More than 100 historically Black colleges and universities are designated by the U.S. Department of Education, meeting the definition of a school "established prior to 1964, whose principal mission was, and is, the education of black Americans."

StudySoup compiled the 20 largest historically Black colleges and universities in the nation, based on 2021 data from the U.S. Department of Education's National Center for Education Statistics. Each HBCU on this list is a four-year institution, and the schools are ranked by the total student enrollment.
