According to KTVE, Tona "T.J." Jones has been arrested and booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center on charges of Sexual Battery and Simple Battery. The arrest comes after an incident that took place on February 23, 2023, in Monroe, Louisiana.

On that day, the Monroe Police Department responded to a call regarding a disturbance on Desiard Street. Upon their arrival, officers spoke with the victim, who detailed a distressing encounter involving Jones. The victim alleged that Jones had forcefully attempted to engage in sexual intercourse with her.

According to court documents, the victim explained that she had been at Jones's residence the previous evening, February 22, 2023, to hang out. Throughout the night, Jones allegedly consumed alcoholic beverages. The victim further stated that they had fallen asleep in separate rooms.

Following an investigation into the incident, authorities arrested Jones on May 30, 2023. He was subsequently booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center, facing charges of Sexual Battery and Simple Battery.
