UL Lafayette Bus Hits Two Pedestrians During Bus Route
Officials with the University of Louisiana Lafayette Police Department were called out to a crash that happened between a UL Lafayette transport bus involving two people.
Details that have been released have been extremely limited, but we do know that two university students were hit by the bus.
University officials describe the injuries to the two students as minor to moderate.
Officials will continue their investigation into the cause of the crash.
The bus hit the students at the intersection of Girard Park Circle and East. St. Mary Boulevard at around 9:30 on Wednesday morning.
We have not been given further information on the condition of either person who was hit to day, but as soon as information is released on how both university students are doing, we will give you an update.
