Bossier Arts Council Hosts New Gallery at Louisiana Boardwalk
It’s no secret that a lot is happening at the Louisiana Boardwalk these days. Seeing this local hot spot slowly come back to life and transform is making us all a little giddy! But before the Boardwalk can truly thrive, we have to remember one key thing, it starts with us showing up now.
Luckily, the Bossier Arts Council is giving us the perfect reason to drop in, walk around, and celebrate local culture with their upcoming exhibition opening.
"Pelicans And Patriots: Celebrating America 250"
The Bossier Arts Council is proud to present Pelicans And Patriots, an open-call art show showcasing incredible local talent. Artists were invited to submit original works celebrating 250 years of American history, with a healthy dose of Louisiana kick thrown in for extra flavor!
This unique show explores all levels of patriotism and our country's enduring legacy while staying true to the rich, southern roots of Louisiana artists. From historical nods to unique local spins, you’ll get to see the pride of the Red, White, and Bleu on full display.
