Ella Langley Song Gets Louisiana Twist in Funny New Parody
Lake Charles, LA [KNGT-FM] - We all love music, and we love our favorite songs. If you love a certain song, chances are you know every word to the song and can sing it proudly.
We all know what parody songs are oo. Those are the songs that have become so popular that other artists either can't help themselves but remake the song or change the words in the song to make a hilarious parody.

That is exactly what happened here. One of our great local Southwest Louisiana Cajun and Country artists, Ganey Arsement, has taken the hit song by Ella Langley called Choosin' Texas and has put a great local Southwest Louisiana spin on it. Not familiar with the song? Check it out, and then we will share the parody with you.
Ganey took the song, broke out his guitar, and recorded this video of his version of the hit song, renaming it Choosin' Cameron. As you watch the video below, we are going to give you the original lyrics to the song to follow along with him as he spins it to feature Louisiana.
Just when I thought I got him to fall in love with Tennessee
I shoulda known better than to take him back to Abilene
I put him right back into her arms
I wasn't a match for that kinda sparkShe's from Texas, I can tell by the way
He's two steppin' 'round the room
And judgin' by the smile that's written on his face
There's nothin' I can do
It doesn't take a crystal ball to see
A cowboy always finds a way to leave
Drinkin' Jack all by myself
He's choosin' Texas, I can tell -Elle Langley song
How awesome is that? We thought you could use a smile today.
